Seafood Molcajete

A medley of shrimp, scallops, make up this delicious stew. Sauteed in a mild spicy sauce with mushrooms, onions & tomato, topped with Monterey Jack cheese. Served w/ sliced avocado, green onions and corn or flour tortillas.
